About FarmerBuddy
Local agriculture works better when supply is easy to find.
FarmerBuddy is the Local Agriculture Network. We help people source from local farms, and we help farmers get their products sold.

The supply is here. The information is scattered.
Local food is already being grown, sold and moved every day — through farm stands, markets, hubs, wholesalers and direct relationships built over years.
What is missing is one place to find out who has what, where they sell it, how much they can handle, and how to reach them. That is the whole problem FarmerBuddy exists to solve.
How FarmerBuddy works
Search
Find the product, farm, or supplier you need.
Connect
Contact the farmer, supplier, buyer, or service provider directly.
Work it out together
Confirm price, availability, pickup or delivery, and payment directly with them.
FarmerBuddy makes the connection. You and the farm handle the rest.
Who it is for
One network, three main paths.
Households
Find local food, farms, markets and stands near you.
Buyers
Restaurants, stores, wholesalers, schools and institutions sourcing at volume.
Farmers and suppliers
Get found by more buyers. Always free.
Transportation providers, farm services, equipment suppliers and food hubs connect the three. Common questions are answered in the FAQ.
What we will and will not claim
- Free for farmers. No cost to list, ever.
- We connect, we do not sell. FarmerBuddy does not set prices, hold inventory, or process payment.
- Availability comes from the seller. Not from us, and not from the season.
- Seasonal timing is guidance. It tells you what is likely, not what is in a cooler.
- A listing is not an endorsement. Appearing in a directory does not mean a business has joined or vouched for anything.
- Private stays private. Personal contact details, home addresses and private notes are never public without permission.
